Project Name: Tustin / Rose Grade Separation Project NORM Survey, Anaheim, California Services: Health and Safety Management Client: Chevron Environmental Management Company

Padre completed a naturally occurring radioactive material or NORM survey for Chevron Environmental Management Company in support of the Tustin / Rose Grade Separation Project to identify and document the presence of potential alpha/beta/gamma radioactivity, as well as radiation exposure levels on the exterior surfaces of the above-ground portion of a 6-inch steel pipeline, including the coating material (Somastic) located at the Project Site. Padre utilized a Ludlum model 3 survey meter equipped with an alpha/beta/gamma radioactivity detector (Ludlum model 44-9), and a low-level gamma scintillator detector (Ludlum model 44-2) for radiation exposure monitoring.
